Personal Training

Personal training packages include a complimentary fitness consultation and assessment. There will be an evaluation of: health history, current lifestyle, and habits. The fitness assessment is a measure of: cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility. The assessment helps to make effective goal setting. Specific exercise programming and nutrition counseling with meal planning is tailored to your goals. You will learn safe and effective techniques. I use a wide variety of tools during your workouts including: free weights, resistance bands, stability balls, BOSU balls, medicine balls, weighted vests, and more. Training sessions (include: strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility training) are typically an hour and fifteen minutes in duration.

 

Exercise Programming and Nutrition Counseling

This service includes an exercise program tailored to your goals. First, I will perform a fitness assessment so that you can begin monitoring your progress. I will then walk you through each exercise of your daily routines (2-4 workouts per week). Once you are familiar with the exercises, you are on your own to train. Also, I will include a meal plan and grocery list that will help you achieve results quicker. This comprehensive assessment, consultation, and demonstration is typically two hours in duration.

* It is recommended that alter/adjust your routine every six to eight weeks.
